Refund policy

Vertex Prep LLC ("Vertex Prep," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

ELIGIBILITY

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date if both of the following are true:

• You have opened fewer than 2 modules of the course, and
• You have not completed any practice sets.

If either condition is not met, your purchase is final and non-refundable. The course is designed to be fully usable within a short window before a test date, and once you have engaged substantially with the material, a refund is no longer appropriate.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@vertex-prep.com within 7 days of your purchase date, including the email address used for your purchase. We will confirm your eligibility using our internal usage records and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
